Training course bouldering level 2

Goal: In training course bouldering level 2, you will expand your bouldering techniques and improve your personal skills with continuous training. The focus is on warm-up, technique training, strength training, boulder definition, and balance training.

Previous experience: at least one year bouldering experience & furthermore you should be on the level of TK Bouldern Level 1.

Requirement: to participate in the course: you are at least 16 years old and you should bring sportswear.

Duration: 8 x 2h
Participants: min. 4, max. 8
Price: 96€ (price per person, plus individual admissions and rental equipment if necessary)

Dates: 4x Monday evening & 4x Wednesday evening
