Taster course
The aim of the taster course is to get to know the sport of climbing and to experience climbing actions and movements. It is about equipment knowledge, bouldering and playful climbing in the toprope.
Basic course toprope
The aim of the basic course toprope is to learn the basics for independent toprope climbing on artificial climbing facilities. This includes equipment knowledge, belaying and lowering, basics of climbing technique, rope commands, partner check and the climbing itself in toprope.
Advanced course lead climbing
The goal of the advanced lead climbing course is to learn the basics for independent lead climbing on artificial climbing facilities. It is about the repetition of the knowledge of the basic course, equipment, belaying and climbing in the lead, advanced climbing techniques, as well as the introduction to bouldering.

Basic course bouldering
The goal of the basic bouldering course is to get to know the sport of bouldering and to boulder independently. It is about equipment knowledge, introduction to climbing techniques in bouldering, warm-up exercises, proper jumping off, as well as spotting and much more.
Advanced course bouldering
The goal of the advanced bouldering course is to learn advanced bouldering techniques and to improve personal skills. It is about technique training, movement tips, basics of training theory, balance training, spotting, and belaying in difficult bouldering.
Individual courses
School classes
School classes can experience their first climbing experience by prior arrangement. It is possible to boulder as well as climb on our training wall. With appropriate training of the teachers, the students can be supervised themselves. If this is not the case, we are happy to provide our trainers for this purpose.
Companies, groups & clubs
We have a versatile offer for companies, groups and clubs - from team building and incentives to courses and training. If you wish, we can also plan your company party or club celebration.

Children's birthday
With lots of games, fun and action as a sporty alternative to the classic scavenger hunt, you can plan the next children's birthday party with us!
The bouldering birthday party for up to 8 children (incl. birthday child) provides 90 minutes of bouldering fun with various games and challenges, including admission, rental shoes and trainer supervision. Afterwards, the kids can enjoy a snack at the birthday table.
